How to use

- Adjust the strap accordingly and buckle it onto your body

- Press down on the heat button until it turns on, the globe in the middle should light up when heat is on

- Click the heat button and set it to one of the 4 heating options

- Click the massage button and set it to one of the 5 massaging options

- Press down on each button to turn off the setting
